Are you a Maintenance Administrator or similar, with a background in scheduling Engineers or similar looking to work for a large company who operate internationally, who offer a permanent position after an initial 6 month contract, full training and potential progression in the future?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a market leading business, who have been established for almost two centuries, with exciting expansion plans, a 30 million pound turnover and routes for their employees to progress into senior management. This German based company provide both physical and digital currency solutions across Europe.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for the initial telephone or email enquiry, logging issues and job details, plan engineers according to SLA''s, dispatch parts and provide ongoing information to customers. This role is a 37.5 hour week with alternating weeks of 8AM-4PM and 9AM-5PM.

This role would suit a Maintenance Administrator with a background in scheduling or coordinating engineers, looking to work for a large company who offer a stable Monday to Friday role, training, progression and a permanent role after a 6 month initial contract.

The Role:

• Telephone and Email Inbound enquiries, logging jobs
• Plan Engineers and Routes according to SLA''s
• Support Engineers and Parts dispatch
• Monday to Friday (8-4PM, 9-5PM)

The Person:

• Maintenance Administrator or similar
• Background in scheduling or co-ordination
• Based in Milton Keynes
