      <description>Location: Oxfordshire | Salary: &amp;pound;56000 - &amp;pound;56021/annum | Type: Permanent | Maintenance Supervisor Wednesday - Saturday (Days) -56,021 per annum plus benefits   Are you experienced Maintenance Supervisor seeking to join a well-established food manufacturing site in a Oxfordshire Market town. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be ''hands on'' &amp; also supporting your team of engineers to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.  Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of engineers on days Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdowns Provide hands-on mechanical and/or electrical maintenance support Plan and prioritise daily engineering activities Ensure compliance with food safety, health &amp; safety, and engineering standards Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Complete reports, maintenance records, and shift handovers  Strong mechanical or electrical background (dual-skilled advantageous) Experience with PPM systems and breakdown diagnostics Recognised engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ, City &amp; Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent)</description>
