You ll develop and maintain mission-critical mainframe applications across the full development lifecycle, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities of the Mainframe Developer:• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL or IBM DB2• Deliver development work from requirements through to testing and deployment• Translate business requirements into technical solutions• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders on projects and improvements• Support and troubleshoot existing mainframe applications• Provide user support and participate in out-of-hours cover• Contribute to continuous improvement across development processes Key Experience Required of the Mainframe Developer:• Strong commercial experience with COBOL, CICS, JCL or IBM DB2• Proven experience delivering mainframe solutions in a production environment• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle• Experience translating business requirements into technic...</description>
