If so, we would love to hear from you.   As our Foundation Early Years Lecturer, you will deliver motivating, inclusive teaching across Childcare and Supporting Teaching and Learning programmes from Level 1 upwards, including T Level Early Years and Higher Education, within our Education and Care department at Wood Street Campus. Your focus will be on giving learners a strong, supported start, building confidence alongside knowledge and helping them see what is possible in the Early Years and childcare sectors.   You will take on personal tutor and course leader responsibilities, support learners through work placements and assessment, and contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance as part of a collaborative and experienced team.
