Staff are well supported by their manager, as well as two dedicated course leaders and a highly experienced teaching and learning coach.- - - - - Please note, one post will be on a permanent basis (0.5 FTE) and the second post will be on a fixed term contract to provide maternity leave cover (0.5 FTE). The successful applicant will deliver ESOL and Digital Skills classes, taking on the role of course tutor for adult and 16-18 ESOL groups. You will have relevant teaching experience.- The role requires an approach to teaching and learning which is dynamic, inspiring and engaging, making use of a wide range of teaching strategies and techniques.
