Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a multi-site team of mailroom operatives and porters, including rotas, training, performance and workforce planning. Oversee all inbound and outbound mail, parcels, couriers and internal distribution, ensuring agreed service levels are met. Manage porterage operations, internal moves and the movement of furniture, equipment, records and supplies. Oversee the secure handling, logging, tracking and distribution of confidential, sensitive and accountable items. Manage cash, cheques, valuables and financial documents in line with strict security and audit procedures.
