Magento Business Analyst

We are seeking a

Magento Business Analyst with experience in Agile/Scrum environments to join our Clients dynamic team - a vibrant Design Agency based in Central London. You will play a key role in gathering and analysing business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with platforms like Magento and other leading eCommerce technologies.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to define business requirements and user stories in an Agile/Scrum setting.Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of eCommerce platforms, particularly Magento and other online retail solutions.Use Postman to test and validate API endpoints, ensuring smooth data flow and system communication.Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to drive continuous delivery.Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements to optimise system performance and customer experience.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.Strong understanding of Magento and other eCommerce platforms .Familiarity with SOAP, REST, and GraphQL APIs , with hands-on experience using Postman would be beneficial.Ability to translate technical requirements into clear documentation and user stories.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools (preferred).Why Apply?Be part of an innovative, fast-paced team driving eCommerce excellenceWork with cutting-edge technologies and top-tier eCommerce solutions.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are ready to take your Business Analysis career to the next level, then apply now!Hybrid role – 2 days in the Central London office.Due to the volume of applications, we can only respond to those candidates who match these requirements.Apply
