The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machining equipment to manufacture high-quality components used across a range of heavy engineering industries. Working to engineering drawings and strict tolerances, you will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate machining equipment safely and efficiently to produce components to specification.Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.Carry out precision machining to required tolerances and quality standards.Use measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, and gauges to inspect finished products.Operate overhead cranes to move materials and completed components safely.Carry out weld dressing and finishing work where required.Complete quality checks and record inspection results.Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties.Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.Adhere to all company health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.Skills and ..... full job details .....
