Performance Objectives
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and quality checks
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
- Ensure all health, safety and environmental requirements and maintained and followed
Person Specification
- ?Proven experience operating HAAS, Matsuura, and Doosan CNC Lathe machines.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- ?Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good understanding of machining processes and tooling.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work.
