Machining Cell Leader

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a skilled machining team, improve production performance, and play a key role in delivering high-quality components within a modern manufacturing environment. What You''ll Be Doing Lead and support a team of machinists to achieve quality, delivery and production targets Plan daily workloads and coordinate production priorities with planning and purchasing teams Monitor machining operations, resolve production issues, and keep work flowing efficiently Coach, train and develop team members while promoting a positive working culture Ensure materials, tooling and documentation are ready for production Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives Support root cause investigations and work closely with Quality to resolve manufacturing issues Track performance, maintain production records and help improve manufacturing processes What We''re Looking For Previous experience leading or supervising a machining team Strong machining background within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment Excellent understanding of CNC machining processes and ..... full job details .....
