Sub assembly refurbishment, rebuild and repairs supporting Aftermarket requirements. Final preparation of high precision components to ensure readiness for final assembly. Main duties and responsibilities: Assemble and test high precision machine tool sub-assemblies to engineering drawing specifications. Assemble high precision machine tools  in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. General machine build from bed down to handover to the inspection team. Strip legacy sub-assemblies returned by customers for refurbishment or repair, create fault reports and replacement parts lists, then re-assemble. Understand, and work at all times in line with company and Directives; specifically following the highest standards of health and safety.
