Job Title, Machine Tool EngineerLocation, HalesowenHours of Work, 40 hours per week, 10:00am to 18:00. Monday - Friday Job Purpose, To improve the reliability of plant, equipment and condition of the buildings and infrastructureResponsibilities, To carry out planed and reactive maintenance on plant, equipment, and buildingsReducing machine down time and updating the Maintenance CMMSTo work proactively on improving plant reliability, carrying out planned maintenance schedules.To work in other departments when required.Reading mechanical and Electrical engineering drawingsEnsure tools and equipment are maintained in a clean, complete, and safe condition in accordance with company and quality standards.Ensure compliance with safety practices.Ensure accurate and timely processing of all paperwork in accordance with company policy.Perform installation, commissioning and other service duties as required, on site.Continuously monitor part delivery and qualityLiaising with team members, managers, engineers, and fitters.Fitting and assembly of machine parts to engineering drawingsSupport all quality functions to continually drive out errors, scrap and improve performance.Reducing machine down time and updating the Maintenance CMMS The Successful Applicant Will Be, Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative as well as good team player.Analytical / logical reasoningStrong Engineering background, ideally a time served apprenticeshipLevel 3 NVQ, BTEC or equivalent Closing date is ..... full job details .....
