Job Title: Machine Technician Location: Glasgow Salary: £31,700 Shift: 4on 4off (Days Only) Job Role of the Machine Technician Want to take your engineering career to the next level? You''ll be responsible for setting and adjusting machinery, carrying out first-line fault finding and supporting engineers with breakdowns and PPMs. If you''re mechanically minded, have experience with production machinery and want to develop your skills into a fully multi-skilled engineer, this could be the perfect next step. Sector - Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Machine Technician Experience in machine maintenance or machine minding within a manufacturing environment. Background in any manufacturing setting. Willingness to work both days and nights on a rotating shift pattern. Requirements for the Machine Technician Hands-on approach to machine maintenance and fault finding. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Good understanding of health and safety within manufacturing. Desirable Requirements for the Machine Technician Previous experience in a similar Machine Technician or Machine Minder role.
