What You''ll Do:

  • Operate and maintain a range of textile machinery used in producing safety-critical products.
  • Learn all aspects of the production process, from setup and operation to quality checks and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and carry out preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Follow strict quality and safety procedures, ensuring all products meet the highest standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to optimise processes and efficiency.
  • Keep accurate records of machine performance, maintenance, and production output.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to maintain smooth production flow.

Working Hours:
 
- 8am - 5pm with an early finish on a Friday!
- 39 hour working week.
 
Payrate:
 
- Hourly Rate starting at £12.21 per hour 
 
- The hourly rate/salary will be reviewed upon completed training and skills learnt.
