As a Machine Technician, you''ll be responsible for monitoring the performance of our paper machine, ensuring production runs safely and efficiently, and supporting the delivery of a high-quality product. No two shifts are the same, and your ability to think on your feet and respond to challenges will be key to your success. The Role Working as part of the machine crew, you will: Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues before they impact production. Carry out essential safety checks before and during machine operation. Ensure all work is completed in line with company safety standards and procedures. Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the machine and production areas. Complete production and operational documentation accurately and on time. Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product specifications are met. Support machine start-ups, shutdowns, grade changes and changeovers.
