Main Responsibilities for the successful Machine Tech: This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development, with structured training and support provided to develop your skills, enabling progression into a fully skilled Engineer position. Ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with food safety legislation, customer requirements, and company policies. Maintain high standards of housekeeping to meet company and customer expectations. Work safely and remain fully compliant with all training, procedures, and health and safety requirements. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated case packing robots to maximise production efficiency and minimise downtime. Carry out light engineering duties, including basic mechanical adjustments, routine maintenance, and component replacement where required.
