This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong CNC machining knowledge, machine setting experience, and process improvement capability, combined with the ability to lead a team and support production performance targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily production output targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, supporting continuous improvement activities, and helping drive efficiency across the department.
