Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust extrusion machinery for production runs. Carry out machine changeovers and ensure machines are running efficiently. Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality. Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor machine issues. Complete production paperwork accurately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Work closely with the production team to achieve production targets. Requirements Previous experience as a Machine Setter or Machine Operator within a manufacturing environment. Experience operating and setting extrusion machinery is highly desirable.
