This role involves setting up and running production lines, making machine adjustments, maintaining product quality and minimising downtime. Experience within the plastics industry would be advantageous, although candidates with relevant machine-setting experience from other manufacturing environments will also be considered.Location: Corby Shift: Panama / Continental shift pattern - 12-hour shifts, 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00, rotating days and nights. Working an average of 42.5 hours per week over a two-week rota, with 7 working days out of 14.
