£30K- £31K + Pension + OT, 34days Holiday + full product training (salary can increase as your skills develop)

Permanent afternoon shifts – Monday to Friday 2-10

Based in Blackburn

The Company:

Part of an international group – this business produces bespoke products for its customers in many industries from automotive, aerospace and general manufacturing.

The Role:

The machine setter / fitter will be trained up to be able to:

Dismantle and fit different tools onto manufacturing machinery for different production runs

Following technical instructions / manuals

The equipment includes pipework, hydraulic systems, bolts, pneumatic cylinders

Moving the equipment into place (slinging and lifting)

  Required Experience:

• The machine setter / fitter will ideally be mechanically qualified, but this is not essential
• You must have some sort of manufacturing experience
• Some kid of mechanical assembly, fitting background would be ideal
