Salary: £30,000 per annum
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operative to join our production team in Aylesbury. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £30,000 per year.
Working HoursThis role operates on a rotating shift pattern:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Monday to Friday.
Overtime will sometimes me required at weekends and additional early or late shifts may be required to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Print rolls of labels to specification.
• Use the correct tools and equipment to cut printed label rolls accurately.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Work as part of a team to achieve production targets.

About YouWe're looking for someone who:

• Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in producing quality work.
• Is reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high attendance.
• Is physically fit, as the role involves standing for most of the shift.
• Can work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Is willing to work overtime when the business requires.

Previous experience operating production machinery or working within a manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
TrainingFull training will be provided, so we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
