You will be responsible for running and maintaining a variety of machinery used in the packaging and print manufacturing process, including: Bobst machines High quality printing and finishing equipment Cardboard conversion machinery Casemakers Strapping and packaging equipment Compressors (basic operation and monitoring)Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Set up machines for new jobs, ensuring correct materials, settings, and specifications. Monitor machine performance and quality throughout the production run. Make basic adjustments to maintain product quality and minimise downtime. Report faults or maintenance issues promptly to the engineering team. Carry out basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine checks as part of daily maintenance. Record production data accurately, including counts, waste, and job times.
