With over 35 years of industry experience, our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and is now looking for a motivated individual to become part of their growing production team.This is a hands-on role offering full training, a supportive working environment, and the potential for a permanent position.The RoleReporting to the Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:Operating a range of production machineryCarrying out visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality specificationsLoading, moving and feeding materials into machines as requiredPerforming routine machine lubrication and basic operational maintenanceOperating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move finished pallets into the warehouseFollowing maintenance procedures and production schedulesEnsuring high standards of safety, quality and productivity are maintained at all timesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, machine operating or powder coating environmentA good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standardsThe ability to follow instructions and work towards production targetsA positive attitude with a willingness to ..... full job details .....
