Due to continued demand, they are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join their busy production team.Working HoursThis is a rotating shift position: Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pmWeek 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pmFriday: 5-hour shifts: 6:00am - 11:00am11:00am - 4:00pm 37.5 hours per weekPaid meal breaksFriday shifts are paid at 5.5 hours Job PurposeAs a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient running of production machinery and the wider manufacturing process.You will work as part of a busy production team, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards while achieving daily production and KPI targets.Key Responsibilities Operate and assist with production machinery in line with company procedures.Monitor the production process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.Identify and report any machine faults, breakdowns, issues or abnormalities to the relevant team leader or maintenance department.Carry out basic checks and assist with resolving production issues where appropriate.Ensure materials are available and correctly positioned for production.Complete warehouse and production duties as required.Move and handle materials and ..... full job details .....
