Overview

We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to become a vital part of producing high-quality components and assemblies, for our client based in Binley Coventry.

In this energetic role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain various fabrication and machining equipment to ensure efficient production processes.

Monday-Friday

7am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday.

7am-11:30am Friday.

Temp to perm.

-12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication machinery such as milling machines, lathes, and other CNC .
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and adjustments on machinery to maximize uptime and safety.
• Handle materials efficiently within the warehouse or production area, including loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished goods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fabrication, machining, or manufacturing environments with hands-on use of hand tools and measuring devices.
• Experience working within an engineering/ production environment.
• Knowledge of milling operations, tooling setups and materials handling procedures.
• Warehouse experience is a plus, especially related to materials management and inventory control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
