Machine OperativeLocation: RuncornPay: 12.72Shifts: 7am - 4pm , early finish on Fridays Working Pattern: Monday-FridaySearch Recruitment are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing client based in Runcorn.Work within a busy manufacturing environment producing PPE and garmentsOperate industrial sewing machines and injection moulding equipmentWork with zips, fabric and other materialsCarry out repetitive production tasksComplete quality checks on finished productsFollow production and health and safety proceduresThe RoleOperating industrial sewing machinesWorking with zips, fabric and other garment materialsFeeding materials through machineryCarrying out repetitive sewing and production tasksOperating injection moulding machineryEnsuring materials are positioned correctlyChecking machinery is operating properlyCarrying out visual inspections of zips, garments and moulded componentsTrimming excess material where requiredFollowing production and health and safety proceduresKeeping the working area clean and tidyAbout YouPrevious experience operating industrial sewing machines is desirableExperience working with zips, fabric or textiles is desirableExperience working with injection moulding machinery is desirableManufacturing or production experience is beneficialComfortable carrying out repetitive, hands-on workGood attention to detailPractical and willing to learnReliable and hardworkingAble to follow instructions and work as part of ..... full job details .....
