If you are based in or near Launceston and ready to join a dedicated team, this could be the role for you.Location: Launceston, Cornwall (PL15)Position Type: Full-time, Contract - 3 months initially, with potential for extensionStart Date: ASAP (following successful interview and onboarding checks) Shifts Available:Weekday Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am (Monday to Thursday) and 4:00pm - 9:00pm (Friday)Weekend Nights: 9:00pm - 6:00am (Friday to Saturday) and 6:00pm - 6:00am (Sunday)Applicants must be available to work the full night shift pattern as required. Pay Rates:Weekends (up to 37.5 hours): 16.41 per hourOvertime (after 8 hours per day and Saturdays): 24.62 per hour Key Responsibilities:Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely, following all operating guidelines and Standard Safe Operating Procedures.Carry out routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure it runs efficiently.Follow production plans to meet targets while maintaining product quality.Keep accurate records of production output, issues, and downtime as required.Work collaboratively with team members.Maintain a clean and organised work area with workplace standards.Comply at all times with UK Health and Safety legislation ..... full job details .....
