Running machinery/equipment to meet targets Quality checking the product Collecting data from the line and recording it accurately Ensuring the production area meets strict hygiene standards Packaging the product Conducts and adheres to cleaning and allergen control regimes Adheres to all policies and procedures relating to product age and quality.PERSON SPECIFICATION:The ideal candidate for this role will have a manufacturing/engineering/technical background but transferable skills are accepted.
