Pro-Found Recruitment are recruiting for a Machine Operator working a 3 rotating shift pattern for our client based in Grimethorpe, Barnsley, S72.Machine Operator Benefits:Shifts: Rotating DAYS 6am to 2pm/NIGHTS 10pm to 6am and AFTERS 2pm to 10pm - please do not apply if you can''t work rotating shifts Hours: 39 hours per week paid weeklyStart date: Monday 14th September 2026 - please do not apply if you have holidays booked in the next 12 weeks as this is the cruicial traning periodPay Rates: 15.96 for Days and Afters and 16.94 for Nights Contract: Temporary to Permanent subject to performance, attendance and client requirementLocation: Grimethorpe, Barnsley, S72Machine Operator Duties:Working on and operating panel bank CNC/Drilling MachinesLoad programme for correct panel typeOperating and loading panels into machinesQuality checking of materials and finished productsWorking with wood and heavy itemsFollowing instructions and ensuring each priece matches the designGeneral HousekeepingWorking on your own and as part of a teamMinimum daily requirements (production targets)Machine Operator Criteria:Previous assembly/production/manufacturing experience essentialCNC or machine operating experience essentialBasic mechanical understandingHard working, reliable and punctualExperience of joinery/carpentry or workimg with wood preferred but not essentialStrong attention to detailAbility to follow instructionsGood work ethic and prepared to learn new skills Please note this is a ..... full job details .....
