The Role

You’ll be trained to operate specialist print production equipment, ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will learn to:

• Set up and operate production machinery
• Monitor quality and production output
• Carry out routine machine cleaning and maintenance
• Record production information accurately
• Troubleshoot basic production issues
• Support continuous improvement activities

What We’re Looking For

We’d like to hear from candidates with experience as a:

Machine Operator, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Print Operator, Assembly Operative, or Warehouse Operative (with machine experience).

You’ll need:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes and instructions
• Basic IT/computer skills
• A reliable, team-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop

Hours

37.5 hours per week

Standard shift pattern (after training):

• Monday – Wednesday: 4:00pm – 2:00am
• Thursday: 3:30pm – 1:00am

Training Period (1–3 months):

• Monday – Wednesday: 6:30am – 4:30pm
• Thursday: 6:30am – 4:00pm

Please note: During training, the shift premium is not payable. It is applied once training is completed and you move onto the standard shift pattern.
