This role focuses on hands-on machine operation within a busy production environment, with a clear progression route onto an extruder machine.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machine operating experience-ideally within food manufacturing-who are looking to step into a more skilled position with structured training and increased earning potential.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient outputRunning filling machinery for 1-tonne bagsCarrying out product quality checks, including moisture testingSupporting production flow across departmentsAssisting with machine setup, changeovers, and basic fault findingMaintaining high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and safetyEnsuring production targets and quality standards are consistently metTraining and ProgressionFull training provided with a structured pathway to become an Extruder Machine OperatorOpportunity to develop into a more technical, skilled role within productionPay increase to 15.50+ per hour once fully trained on the extruder machineThe Ideal CandidateStrong experience in machine operating, ideally within food manufacturingConfident working in a ..... full job details .....
