The company offer an excellent training & development program, where you can learn all aspects of the business. As you progress & work in further areas of the business, you will have the opportunity to further increase your salary . This would be working initial hours are 06:45-16:30 with an early finish on Friday, before moving onto rotating weekly shifts of 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00. Overtime is paid @ increased rates of pay. Machine Operator duties include: - Running the smooth operation of the machine Loading & unloading the raw materials & quality checking Assisting with machine change overs and clean down Ensuring you comply with all standards, procedures, and practices.
