Machine Operator - Press

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing facility in Garretts Green. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or production experience who are confident operating machinery and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and safely.Hours: 6am-2:30pm Monday to Thursday / 6am-11am Friday during training, after this you will be on permanent afternoons 2pm-10pm Monday to FridayPay rate: 12.71 per hourContract: Temporary until the end of September with the opportunity of going permanent.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating and monitoring manufacturing machinery and production equipmentLoading raw materials and components onto machinesPerforming routine quality inspections of finished productsIdentifying and reporting machine faults or quality issuesCarrying out basic machine adjustments where requiredRecording production data and completing relevant documentationMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentWorking to production schedules and achieving daily targetsFollowing all health and safety procedures at all timesCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operative, Press Operator, or within a manufacturing environmentAbility to understand and follow work instructions and ..... full job details .....
