Duties Operate machinery as per the Standard Operating procedures. Ensure hourly performance is monitored and recorded. Identify and correct product quality issues. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Complete cleaning tasks as per standard operating procedures. Record production data that ensures full product traceability. The ideal requirements are Educated to GCSE level  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an industrial environment. This role is working a rota of 4 days in Week 1, Mon-Thu 6.45am to 7pm followed by 3 nights in Week 2, Mon - Wed 6.45pm to 7am The company offer excellent working conditions and employee welfare benefits.
