Machine Operator

I am currently looking to recruit 2 x permanent Machine Operators for a specialist manufacturer near Stafford.

Duties

• Operate machinery as per the Standard Operating procedures.
• Ensure hourly performance is monitored and recorded.
• Identify and correct product quality issues.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Complete cleaning tasks as per standard operating procedures.
• Record production data that ensures full product traceability.

The ideal requirements are

• Educated to GCSE level 
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an industrial environment.

This role is working a rota of 4 days in Week 1, Mon-Thu 6.45am to 7pm followed by 3 nights in Week 2, Mon - Wed 6.45pm to 7am
