This is an exciting opportunity to work on specialist projects across the UK and internationally, delivering high-quality surface preparation, airfield grooving, motorway grinding, and associated works. Location: Lincoln, LN6 Salary: £45,000+ per year, plus bonuses, overtime, and enhanced international rates. Key Responsibilities Operate specialist plant and machinery safely and efficiently. Carry out surface preparation, airfield grooving, motorway grinding, and associated works. Work in accordance with health and safety legislation, company procedures, and client requirements.
