Machine OperatorNight Shift£12.71 per hour + Fortnightly Shift AllowanceWe are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team on a permanent night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing and machine operating experience who is looking to develop their skills within a specialist production environment. Full training will be provided on specific machinery, but candidates must have a background in manufacturing and experience operating machinery within a production setting.Shift Pattern:Permanent Night Shift12-hour shifts2-weekly rotationKey ResponsibilitiesOperating and monitoring extrusion machinery following trainingSetting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirementsConducting routine quality checks and recording production dataLoading raw materials and monitoring production outputIdentifying and reporting machine faults or production issuesMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised work areaFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesWorking closely with colleagues to achieve production targetsRequirementsPrevious experience working within a manufacturing or production environmentExperience operating machinery within a factory settingGood attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsAbility to follow processes and work instructions accuratelyStrong work ethic and willingness to learn new skillsGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamReliable with a flexible ..... full job details .....
