Rolling Mill Operator Setter Wolverhampton £12.71 per hour (Trainee Rate) Up to £14.00 per hour for Experienced Setters Full Time/Temp to Perm Our client, a well established manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton, is currently recruiting for a Rolling Mill Operator/Setter to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long term career within manufacturing, with full training available for the right trainee candidate and higher rates offered for experienced setters. Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 3:30pm Friday: 7:00am to 12:00pm 37 hours per week Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour for trainee candidates Up to £14.00 per hour for experienced Rolling Mill Setters Key Responsibilities:Setting and operating rolling mill machinery to production specificationsMonitoring machine performance and product qualityCarrying out machine adjustments and minor troubleshootingEnsuring materials are processed efficiently and safelyCompleting production documentation accuratelyMaintaining a clean and organised working area Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating environment preferredExperience as a rolling mill setter/operator advantageous but not essential for trainee applicantsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsReliable, punctual and able to work as part of a teamWillingness to learn and develop new skills Benefits:Temp to perm opportunity with long term prospectsEarly finish ..... full job details .....
