Machine Operator

We are recruiting for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy production environment with consistent hours and long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Carry out basic machine setup, adjustments, and quality checks.
- Inspect finished parts against specifications, maintaining high standards.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and keep the work area organised.
- Report any issues and support continuous improvement activities.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred, but full training will be provided.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Pay and Hours

- £13.08 per hour
- Two shifts on rotation: 1st shift – Monday – Friday 7am until 2.30pm and 2nd shift – Monday – Thursday 2pm till 10pm and Friday 2pm till 7.30pm
