Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator to join our client based in Hitchin on a temporary to permanent basis.This is a great chance for a long-term opportunity with a reputable company!Working Hours of a Machine Operator: Monday to Thursday 6am - 3pm and Friday 6am - 11amPay rate - £13.19 p/hManufacturing Operative Main Duties Follow work instructions and company procedures.Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times.Operate and work with metal manufacturing products and materials.Adhere to health and safety regulations and report any issues promptly.Assist with general production and machine operation tasks as required. Person Specification Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Experience working in a similar machine operative role is preferred.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including manual handling duties.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions effectively.Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
