These Machine Operator positions span two departments - the Slitting and Finishing department and the Coating Process team. You will start as a Machine Operator and work through a structured 12-week training programme. The business is investing in this team and in the right people who join it. Shift Pattern The shift pattern is one of the real attractions here. 12-hour shifts on a 2-week rotation - a long week of 44 hours followed by a short week of 32 hours, averaging 39.6 hours per week. No weekends. No Friday back-shifts. This pattern gives you proper blocks of time off throughout the month. If work-life balance matters to you, this is worth paying attention to.
