Machine Operator - Nights

Questech Recruitment are looking for an experienced Machine Operator (with 360/Loading Shovel experience) to join our client''s busy metal recycling operation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in fast-paced industrial environments. Location: DN4 Shifts: 6pm - 6am 4 on 4 off Salary: 16.00ph Key Responsibilities Operate loading shovel and 360 grab machinery safely and efficiently Load, sort, move, and process scrap metal materials Feed processing equipment and maintain smooth yard operations Carry out daily machine checks and basic maintenance Requirements Proven experience operating a loading shovel and 360 grab (licenses essential) Experience within metal recycling, waste management, quarrying, or similar industries is advantageous Good understanding of health and safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, hardworking, and punctual attitude If you are interested please get in touch with Holly on (phone number removed). ..... full job details .....
