This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining production, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently Ensure all products meet required quality standards Carry out basic quality checks, including first-off and last-off inspections Follow and promote health & safety procedures on the shop floor Report issues, escalate concerns, and support continuous improvement Help train and support other operators as you progress What we’re looking for: Previous  machine operating experience  (essential) Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player Confident communicator with a willingness to learn What we offer: Starting pay from  £12.71 per hour Training and development opportunities Stable role within a growing manufacturing business To apply, please submit your CV and call (phone number removed) Permanent
