Machine OperatorHaddenham, UKPermanent contractShift pattern: alternate shift 06:00 to 14:00 week 1 and 13:45 to 22:00 week 2.The Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment to ensure products are manufactured, blended, and packed in accordance with company recipes, specifications, and operational standards. The role includes operating automated and non-automated equipment, completing SAP transactions, performing quality checks, maintaining housekeeping standards, and ensuring full compliance with HACCP, GMP, and Health and Safety requirements.The Operator plays a key role in maintaining line performance, product quality, and effective shift communication to support continuous production operations.Key Responsibilities:Follow all safety operating procedures and work within safe systems of work at all times.Adhere to all recipes, work instructions, and procedures in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Accurately dispense and weigh raw ingredients in accordance with production recipes.Set up, operate, and monitor automated and non-automated production lines and associated equipment.Ensure production lines operate at required performance and efficiency levels.Complete product changeovers and ensure cleaning activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.Strip, clean, and reassemble equipment in line with hygiene and food safety standards.Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness within the factory at all times. ..... full job details .....
