Machine Operator

Our client is seeking two Production Operatives / Machine Operators to join their busy production facility.The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating high-speed production machinery to complete small batch manufacturing runs, supporting the research and development of tobacco-based products. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be required to accurately complete production documentation and thoroughly clean machinery between runs to maintain product integrity and prevent contamination.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate fast-moving production machineryCarry out small batch production runs to specificationComplete all production paperwork accurately and legiblyPerform thorough machine cleaning and changeovers between runsMaintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeepingCandidate Requirements:Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, or machine operating environmentExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow procedures and complete documentation to a high standardQuality inspection experience would be advantageous, but is not essentialReliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a teamWhat''s on Offer:Initial contract running until the end of 2026, with the potential for extensionFull-time, Monday to Friday scheduleNo weekend workingHours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pmPay Rate: 14.73 per hourIf you have experience in a manufacturing or production environment and are ..... full job details .....
