We are recruiting a Machine Operator / Manufacturing Operative to join a busy 24-hour manufacturing operation in Featherstone, near Pontefract. This is a hands-on position where you will operate industrial machinery, monitor production, complete quality checks and work alongside your team to keep the manufacturing process running safely and efficiently. The factory operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You must therefore be comfortable working a rotating shift pattern that includes days, nights and some weekends.
