Job ResponsibilitiesOperate large-scale industrial machinery in accordance with defined instructions and operating procedures.Follow production schedules diligently, working effectively within a small team or crew.Set up machines, load raw materials, and manually operate equipment to produce adhesive-coated tapes.Unload finished products from machines, ensuring quality standards are met.Work from written or verbal instructions, applying judgement and selectivity as needed.Monitor and control product quality throughout the manufacturing process.Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.Utilise basic data entry skills and computer proficiency for operational documentation.Operate forklift trucks (FLT) safely, with a valid licence, to handle raw materials and finished goods.Contribute to a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment, demonstrating reliability and excellent timekeeping.
