The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, including needle threading, basic machine programming, and monitoring product weights to ensure quality and compliance with production standards. The pay rate starts at 12.76 per hour during the training period while employed through Major Recruitment. Following successful completion of training and the transition to a permanent Technical Machine Operator role, employees will have the opportunity to progress through a structured pay grading system. Pay can increase up to 14.10 per hour, with progression based on competency, performance, and punctuality. Shifts are Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm rotating weekly.
