Machine Operator

Pay Rate: 13.76 per hour, increasing to 14.32 per hour upon successful completion of training. We are currently recruiting for a Press Setter / Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities: Setting and operating press machinery safely and efficiently. Loading and unloading materials. Monitoring machine performance and carrying out quality checks. Following production schedules and health and safety procedures. Maintaining a clean and organised work area. Assisting with general production duties as required. Requirements: Previous machine operating experience is essential. Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is desirable. Physically fit and capable of: Heavy lifting. Standing for prolonged periods. Working in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team. Flexible to work rotating shifts. Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm 2:00pm - 10:00pm Early finishes every Friday: Morning shift: 6:00am - 11:00am Afternoon shift: 11:00am - 4:00pm Company Benefits: Early finish every Friday.
