For the right candidate the role will become permanent after 12 weeks. Pay rate: Flat rate for all shifts - -13.28 per hour. Shifts: 7am-7pm - Monday to Thursday (First day start 9am start as per induction). (rotating shift 7am-7pm week one, 7pm-7am week 2, rotating each week). Initially will start on days only during training but will move onto rotating days and nights (could be within the first few weeks depending on how quickly the role is picked up). Breaks: 3x 20min breaks, split equally across shift. All breaks paid (paid for full 12 hours). Role description: * Candidate will be working on a press machine. They will be taking 2.7m lengths of plastic and running them through the press machine, punching holes at prescribed lengths. * There will be full training given and the machine is set up so no measuring or technical skill required. * Whilst this is a basic role, ideally the candidate will be used to a manufacturing environment as it can be fairly monotonous work when you are into the swing of the shift. * Manual handling is involved in the ...
